New Ground

New Ground brings together emerging artists from the APY Art Centre Collective, each within the first five years of their practice. Curated by Tiarnie Edwards, the exhibition offers a fresh perspective on contemporary APY art, centring a new generation of voices while remaining deeply connected to Country, community and cultural knowledge. Working across painting and textile-based practices, the artists each bring a distinct visual language shaped by lived experience. Spanning artists from the APY Lands, Coober Pedy and Port Augusta, New Ground honours intergenerational traditions while making space for new perspectives.
