One Night

An exhibition of hand-embroidered moths by Vita Cochran. Each moth is an exact replica of a particular species, with nearly all created at living moth scale. The embroidery uses fine stitching to recreate the intricate natural patterns found on moth wings, presented as embroidered amulets tracing protective powers of pattern and drawing attention to these vulnerable creatures.
