Vermilion Art, established in Sydney in 2015, is Australia's first commercial gallery dedicated to Chinese contemporary art. Located in the Walsh Bay Arts Precinct near the Sydney Harbour Bridge, it has introduced major Chinese artists including Fang Lijun, Li Jin, Chen Wenling, Geng Xue, and Cang Xin to Australian audiences through exhibitions and curatorial projects. Works by gallery-represented artists are held in collections at MoMA, the Met, Centre de Pompidou, and major Australian institutions including the NGV and AGNSW.
